Kitchens Direct NI are currently seeking a Workshop Joiner & Supervisor/Kitchen Fitter

Duties:

Manufacture Kitchen Components, including Specialist items

Produce complete kitchens from plans and cutting lists

Check plans and cutting lists for accuracy

Operate a range of Wood Working Machinery

Supervise the Workshop Team

Be responsible for Health and Safety in the Workshop and on Site

Maintenance and Servicing of Workshop Working Machinery

Maintaining Stock Levels

Fit Kitchens

Use Site Tools safely and accurately

 

Experience & Qualifications

As Workshop Joiner & Supervisor and Kitchen Fitter the role requires extensive experience and workmanship of the highest quality and attention to detail.

 

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in:

Manufacturing Kitchen Components, including specialist items, Working with Timber and the operation of Workshop Wood Working Machinery and Fitting Kitchens

 

Must have the ability to:

Supervise a small team of workshop staff

Read, interpret and cut from detailed plans

Order materials for the completion of Kitchens and maintain stock levels

Work under pressure and to deadlines

Work within a team of colleagues and tradesmen

Act on own initiative to resolve issues on site

Have excellent Customer Service,

Organisational, communication and mathematical skills

Must hold a Current driving licence – Van will be provided and have 

NVQ 2 in Joinery or equivalent

Salary will be dependent on Experience
